Shiva stones are found in the Narmada River in Onkar Mandhata, one of the seven holy sites in India. "Lingam" refers to the shape, which is an elongated egg shape, a symbol representing the Lord Shiva in Hinduism. Shiva stones are used to stimulate the energy system of the whole body and improve overall health and wellbeing.

It is 7.5cm long and 3.3cm wide. A good size piece to hold in the hand!
